• Together Town Library: Playing Hide and Seek: ACTIVITY B: Choose a book ('The Postman's Journey', 'Playing Hide and Seek', 'All About Together Town' and 'Fruit Salad Recipe') and answer the questions on each page. Text and questions read aloud, so this may be more listening than comprehension. ACTIVITY C: same as activity b but without the multiple choice answers.
• Together Town Library: Sims' First Day: ACTIVITY A: make a picture (could be used for position, direction and movement language). ACTIVITY B: Choose a story ('The Park Keeper's Year', 'Sims First Day' and 'The Story of Flipperty Fish' - about tadpoles), then put the story in the right order. ACTIVITY C: choose a story (same choice as before) then put the pictures and words in the right order. 5 pictures and 5 text boxes to choose from, click speaker to have text spoken aloud. Need to sequence BOTH pics AND text - so might be worth being familiar with the story before they attempt this.
• Snapdragon: Snap: SSM2 (good independent / end of day activity). Who Said That: S&L (T1). How Many: count objects and choose correct numeral. Telling the Time: set the clock to the number word (reading) - not much skill as the alarm automatically goes off when the correct time is reached. What Colour: selective counting (how many are white). Read a story: Goldilocks (another good independent / end of day activity).
• turtle listening game: Similar to Foxy Dancer, play the turtle's musical shell in the same order he plays it, moving him to the finish line. 3 levels of difficulty. Could be a good independent / end of day activity.
